The terms for using this website and its enquiry form.
Who we are
This website is run by Harber Glaves Trading Ltd (company number 16605946, registered office Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, England, IP28 7DE). It is an advice and introduction service. We do not carry out mould removal, damp proofing, surveys or any other work, and we are not a government body, regulator or trade association.
Introductions
If you send an enquiry, Better Home Hub, the introduction service run by the same company, may introduce you to an independent specialist business. That business may pay Better Home Hub a fee. Asking is free for you and there is no obligation to go ahead. Any agreement for work is between you and the specialist, not with us. We can't promise that a specialist will be available for every enquiry or area.
Choosing a specialist
We don't guarantee the quality of any specialist's work. Before you agree to anything, we recommend you:
- ask what is causing the damp or mould and how the work will fix the cause
- get a written quote, and more than one if you can
- check their insurance, and check any trade membership on that organisation's own website
- read what any guarantee covers and who backs it
