Who is responsible for your data

This website is run by Harber Glaves Trading Ltd (company number 16605946, registered office Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, England, IP28 7DE). Harber Glaves Trading Ltd is the controller of the personal data you give us here. The same company runs Better Home Hub, the service that receives your enquiry.

What the enquiry form collects

  • the help you need (for example mould removal or a survey)
  • how much of the property is affected
  • your name, phone number and email address
  • the first line of the property's address and its postcode
  • a description of the work you need doing
  • that you ticked the consent box, and the page you sent the form from

What happens to it

When you press send, your enquiry goes straight to Better Home Hub. Better Home Hub uses it to find up to 3 local mould and damp specialists who cover your area and ask them to contact you with a quote. To do that it passes your enquiry, including your contact details and the property address, to those companies. Each is an independent business. Companies pay Better Home Hub a fee when it introduces them, so the service is free for you. Once they have your details, they are responsible for how they use them.

We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us. We don't sell your details to anyone else.

How long it is kept

Better Home Hub's own privacy policy explains how long enquiry records are kept, which processors store them and how they are protected.

Analytics

We only use Google Analytics if you accept analytics cookies. See our cookies page for details and to change your choice.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the data held about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how it is used, or withdraw your consent. Email support@betterhomehub.co.uk.

If you're unhappy with how your data has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
